Got passed by this tour boat just before lock 22. The paddle wheel is passively rotating, but doesn’t power the boat.

Checked into the Two Rivers Marina in Rockport IL. Best marina so far. Great dockage, restroom, showers, laundry and COURTESY CAR!!
